My Divine Preciousness

This intimate retreat is based on the ancient Hawaiian Ho’oponopono practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. To practice Ho-oponopono is to believe that consciousness is shared by everyone, and that by healing ourselves we also heal universal consciousness.

The practice involves repeating the 4-line mantra:

  • I am sorry

  • Please forgive me

  • Thank you

  • I love you

This is a two-and-a-half-day silent retreat combines individual, dyads, and group process, meditation, self-inquiry, creative expression, and sharing. Forgiving ourselves begins by seeing and acknowledging the ways we turn away from our own pain. We accept without judgment or blame. By sharing our experience with others, we see that it is universal and not a personal failing. By asking ourselves for forgiveness we learn that we can treat ourselves with the same tenderness and kindness that we would offer a friend.

As we do that, guilt and shame are released allowing us to feel gratitude and self-love.
